Refined storage is cheaper and simpler for storage systems that don''t require incredibly complex automation (ae2 is better for that). I haven''t gotten to the pack''s late game, but I can''t think of anything refined storage can''t do. That leaves me to suggest refined storage.

I might be wrong, but it looks like your storage bus is just connected directly to a drawer, and not a controller, which will not work.
